Booking/Payment Policy

Booking requests will be held for 5 days. To finalize and secure your trip dates, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of each trip must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival date - we will send an invoice approximately 30 days prior to your trip for the balance. Payment in-full is required for trips booked less than 14 days out.  

 

Cancellation Policy

We fish regardless of weather conditions, unless the weather poses a significant safety risk (i.e. severe thunderstorms, run-off, etc). We have a specific cancellation policy that applies during wildfire season for air quality related cancellations.

 

Client-initiated cancellations as a result of weather, which are not related to the wildfire season, will fall under our normal cancellation policy below. 

 

You can cancel your trip for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50/per-boat processing fee, up to 30 days from your arrival date. After the 30 days, you can cancel your trip up to 14 days prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit, minus a $200/per-boat processing fee. If canceled within the 14 days from the trip date, payment is non-refundable and the balance in full is expected. If a documented emergency medical issue is the reason for cancellation, the full booking payment may be applied to a new reservation or we will provide a 100% refund.

Hunting

50% due at time of booking a hunting trip and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. You can cancel your trip up to 90 days prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit minus a $250/per person processing fee.

If cancelled within the 60 days prior to your arrival, payment is non-refundable. No adjustments will be made or refunds given for late arrivals or early departures.

 

 

If a medical issue is the reason for cancellation, the full booking payment may be applied to a new reservation or a 50% refund will be offered.
